Frustrated with relationships?

When did things get so complicated?

Relationships can be confusing, can’t they? You’ve got to learn someone’s love language (and your own), their attachment style (and your own), the meaning behind their internal thoughts (and your own…) and before you know it, the whole thing is just so exhausting that you’ve thrown your hands up in the air and pledged to stay single forever (again).

Or, you’re in a relationship and are navigating these same exact questions, except now you’re doing it alongside of a partner who’s equally as confused as you are.

I’ve spent the past 20+ years of my life researching the dynamics of relationships. Intimate, social, professional, and of course, with the self.

I’ve written more than 1,000 articles on the topic, two books, and have appeared across local and national media for more than a decade.
