What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?
Presently, life is full of tension and stress due to several issues in the daily life. Several individuals are suffering from unemployment that is the main responsible for depression. Some person are stress due to office work load and responsibilities. Many individuals are suffering from depression due to issues with their family members, friends, girlfriend or boyfriend relationship.
I also suffering from stress due to not getting a good job in the content writing domain in the big company with a suitable salary. Thus, there are several strategies to increase comfort in our daily life are given below -
1. I like listen to music and song to reduce our stress and increase comfort in a daily life.
2. I also watch suspense or horror serials with great enjoyment that is beneficial to reduce our depression and increase our comfort in a daily life.
3. I chat to cousins and friends through WhatsApp with gossips that calm our mind.
4. I cook favourite dishes including omlette or half boil eggs with bread and butter that help in improving mood for the whole day.
5. I go for trip with our family members and friends and enjoy beautiful nature with great excitement and enjoyment that enhance the comfort in a daily life.
6. I watch posts and videos in several social media websites including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and many more to decrease depression, calm our mind and increase comfort in a daily life.
7. I also shares our difficulties or problems through blogs and articles that lower the depression and increase comfort in a daily life.
