My basic nature is of a problem solver, so I naturally need problems (not personal problems though) to solve to be at peace with life. But, my biggest problem is when those solutions are not applied and implemented or can't be so implemented because of an outside factor like a person or any kind of useless restrictions and that anything can't be done about it because of the outdated rules.
