Psalms 139:1-2 – "O Lord , you have examined me, and you know me. You alone know when I sit down and when I get up. You read my thoughts from far away."
In times past, my grandkids would love to get their hands on Patti's and my phones. I understand. They were inquisitive. They wanted to try new things. I'm often amazed though that when we were not able to figure how to do something on our phones, they usually were able to show us pretty quickly how to operate them. Which is strange, because they didn't even have a phone.
We as humans are conditioned to use phones to communicate with others. Even further, we are conditioned not to communicate when we do not want to. We simply do not answer the phone, and we enjoy our solitude.

For us as Believers there are no phones to heaven. Our connection is all the time, whether we realize it or not. God hears our thoughts, day and night.
When I was a child, when we would call our aunt in Arkansas, we would often hear her yell at whoever was listening in on the party line to hang up.
Well, God is always listening. It's not to spy on us. It is because He is God. He hears us because He loves us. Talk to Him today. All during the day. He is interested in you.
Stay healthy and have a blessed day!
