My work friends and I are trying harder
To add some exercise in our day
And so at lunch we usually walk
Around the block near the office
We sometimes take the stairs
From ground floor all the way to the tenth floor
Breaking sweat to hopefully break the extra weight
We're determined to be healthier
And hoping that we'll be much lighter by next year

Hi folks! I hope you're doing great and I hope your day was/is going to be great. I have a lot of catching up to do in terms of reading posts here. I slept early last night as my eyes hurt. I lacked sleep as I kept waking up in the middle of the night, the night before.
Today's post is something my work friends and I have been doing. It's been a couple of weeks since we've done this. I've already adjusted as I usually use the stairs when I can. We're all doing this for our health's sake rather than for "aesthetic" purposes.
