Woke up early as I have my replacement class at 9am. Had a lazy start but not bad un the end 
This is what ai managed to do today;
6 x 20 knee elbow touch
6 x 20 mountain climb
4 x 20 leg movement 1
4 x 20 leg movement 2
4 x 20 lower abs movement 1
4 x 20 bicycle sit-ups
When I reached my student's house l, my other student's mum texted me if I can spend time with her daughter to the Aquarium. So I was speeding up as I needed to change. Had to finish fast but so far not so bad…I think
. I had fun spending time with my student so hopefully she does too
