Everyone has suffered and life is hard, there will not be an escape from the storms. How you go through them however, can make or break you. I have lived through severe circumstances that left me for dead, but my Internal Family System fought for my survival on my behalf. I want to share my journey and the experiences of inner healing that I have encountered with anyone who admits that their faith has wavered, their self-worth has been challenged and balancing their emotions or behavior has seemed chaotic. I can teach small groups how to embrace sorrow and suffering so they can equip others to accept what they don't understand instead of spin their wheels chasing after relief. The hope is that I can impart what I have learned through integrating my emotional parts, with others.
