Many people have health issues that they may not want to talk about because they are embarrassed by them. Unfortunately, because people do not talk about them, they may not realize how common it is. Here we are going to talk about 5 health issues that many people end up developing in their lives at some point, and should not be embarrassed by.
Constipation
Unfortunately, many people at all ages struggle with constipation. The way to know that you are constipated is if you are not having regular bowel movements, you are unable to completely empty your bowels, and your stools are hard and lumpy. Most people should be using the restroom with a bowel movement at least once a day, and for most healthy people, two or even three times a day.
If you are skipping multiple days and then having diarrhea, you are most likely constipated. Luckily, constipation is something that can be controlled by your diet and hydration. Making sure you are intaking lots of water, as well as eating healthy foods, will help you to be more regular and much more comfortable.
