Well, we're a bit late and maybe reaching you on Fri-Yay night but coordinating India time with U.S. time is no easy feat especially when the Indian Princess has most likely stopped for a treat after work. It's Friday and almost time for the week to end and have some fun and respite which is exactly what this was.
Sheereen and I tend to start playing on whatsapp and sometimes it evolves into something postable.... At least we hope you think so too. The Lightning Bug, Sheereen, Nawish, Nawaz, Zish always lights the page and is always looking for her next interview onCANDIDand it could be you. This one was one she did on me. Hit her up if you would like to be considered and do follow her as she always lights the page.
You can watch us recite it or just read our poem below:
I am in need of some adrenaline rush, Cindy's cupcake are my savior and I wait for them with all my heart
Flying some to you now use your imagination -:) And save us both the calories.
It was the sugar high that made her fly or crash and burn Leaving her scratching her head and combing the cub-bards in search of more. But barren shelves left hungry hearts and pressed wood would only bore holes in her stomach. There were veggies and fruits to be had but that is not the adrenaline needed
Tired from all the day's work Veggies and fruits sound boring enough Empty stomach wants tasty food This Sugar rush comes with a price More than thousand dollars worth a flight Cindy's cupcakes bring stars in the eyes Yet, the stomach remains hungry and wait for the delight.
But digging deeper it was love and sleep most needed that could never be replaced by the sweetest or best of the delectable Manduka honey. The cravings are always calls to care for the soul. Food is only solace to an empty heart or hormones gone haywire.
There's enormous love and care The soul's light with emotional bond The cravings are the call of nature To rely on self appreciation and approval Food is life, that too a happening one with all the spice, spark and nice
And I eat to live, Not live to eat. For it is in the sweetness of the moment, a touch, your smile, sky so bright and the nectar of the hummers as I catch a glimmer and my heart explodes into dancing delight.
Life is funny Nature's magnanimous with love and fruition The birds humming, the water clinking, The midnight sun, the rising moon, All in one, all search for food, Live their life, dancing, merry and bright.
So raise your glass as we toast each other and repeat:
"Cheers to you and cheers to me and here's to the space between us. One of us will have to leave, but it's not going to be you and it's not going to be me, so it must be the space between us".
CHEERS TO ALL OF US FOR A GREAT WEEKEND!
Well this is the most fun I've had for awhile!!! Have a fun Fri-Yay and weekend doing something for you! I just did when I postponed the next phase of our project until after the wedding (huge relief) as well as waiting until next year for my book release! Whew! I feel like I have a new lease on life!
The last little Cheers poem is something my Dad always says when he is flirting with all of my girlfriends which always ends in laughs! Not sure where he got this poem.
Cheers to you and me and everything that makes our lives sweeter!
