When the go­ing gets tough, this line of the song when the go­ing gets tough is ring­ing through my head, won­der­ing how it will be when the go­ing gets easy again. Picture by phodop.smugmug.com How can we tackle any sit­u­a­tion, which in the eyes of the ego feels like a lost cause, or too hard to han­dle? While on the other hand, my spirit and heart know, this too will pass, and it will be from to­tally new con­tent. While we are say­ing our good­byes on a day-to-day mo­ment be­cause each mo­ment holds a de­par­ture in the pre­sent time. There is this in­ner know­ing, every mo­ment is just Now, and the Love there is within each pre­sent mo­ment, holds the whole uni­verse cre­ated by the two of us, our soul's agree­ment we joined this life­time, em­bark­ing to the un­known, los­ing any knowl­edge be­ing com­pressed in the womb. All were in­scribed within each cell of our be­ing, all promises and past life­times that cre­ated this agree­ment. We hold each other in equi­lib­rium at the end when our dif­fer­ences be­come our bal­anced heart cen­ter. Heal­ing each and every emo­tional wound cre­ated through time; past, pre­sent, and fu­ture ex­pe­ri­ences. For now, the hu­man ego is sens­ing all the emo­tions cre­ated through all the losses we have ex­pe­ri­enced over time and time over, raw and beau­ti­ful, in­tense, and hor­rific all in one. While we go through the mo­tions of re­leas­ing and let­ting go, we en­ter an en­tirely new world within our in­ner be­ing, con­nected through it all. So when the go­ing gets tough, we have a choice. Ei­ther we go full throt­tle into the deep of the un­known, or we stay out of it, too afraid to feel all the in­ten­sity cre­ated by this mourn­ing process. We de­cide which path to fol­low to bring us more growth. Love holds us both, love is un­fold­ing be­tween the two of us, love is the key be­tween our hu­man ego and our spirit and the soul's ex­pe­ri­ences. We can hold each other, de­part­ing as well the de­parted. For this love is a con­tin­uum flow of en­ergy, mov­ing through  every line and every cross­ing, through every barrier that might be lin­ger­ing within. We cre­ate this in­ner jour­ney, com­pan­ions as ever, hold­ing each oth­er's Heart safely guarded in wings of love and en­durance, till the go­ing gets easy again.
