La nécessité d'une supervision constante de l'activité s'est accrue depuis la crise sanitaire. Avec Falco, Horus fait le pari de la gestion en temps réel.
Avec son application Falco, Horus a convaincu les entrepreneurs de passer au digital afin d'accéder en temps réel aux informations financières de leurs sociétés. Près de 40 % des clients (24.000 sociétés) de l'éditeur liégeois ont déjà franchi le pas.
Pour Jérôme Tailleur, Sales Manager, Horus s'inscrit dans la logique du moment, à savoir une supervision constante de l'activité. « Grâce à un pré-encodage réalisé sans la moindre intervention comptable, Falco permet d'obtenir les chiffres en temps réel. On ne parle plus de logiciel comptable, mais d'assistant de gestion -accessible sur tous les supports : PC, Mac, smartphones, tablettes, etc. Il suffit d'une connexion à internet !

Tout, depuis un seul endroit
Falco est destiné aux entrepreneurs, chefs d'entreprises, indépendants ainsi qu'aux PME qui souhaitent avoir une vision de leur situation en temps réel. Né sous le nom de Horus Mobile, l'assistant a évolué pour devenir un outil de gestion et de pilotage à part entière. Falco permet en effet d'effectuer des factures, des paiements, d'envoyer des rappels, de suivre sa trésorerie, de communiquer avec son comptable, etc.
Les chiffres et indicateurs clés s'affichent pour la période définie, tels que chiffre d'affaires, résultat ou cash. Des graphiques limpides indiquent l'évolution de la marge brute, l'analyse des frais ainsi que la progression des liquidités.
Falco inclut une messagerie pour communiquer avec son comptable. Ce qui permet de lui poser des questions, mais aussi de le lui répondre, d'envoyer des documents manquants, etc. Par ailleurs, une bibliothèque permet d'échanger et consulter des documents avec le comptable (déclarations, reporting,..). Bref, un dossier comptable géré depuis un seul endroit.
L'application inclut un scan automatique d'un ou plusieurs répertoires, qu'ils soient sur l'ordinateur ou en ligne (type Dropbox); un outil de scan ou de prise de photo (pour les souches TVA restaurant par exemple); une détection et un import des factures ou autres documents comptables présents dans les boites mail. De plus, Horus a décidé d'intégrer l'intelligence artificielle et l'analyse comportementale.
Demain, dans l'Open Banking
En ce sens, Falco tire pleinement parti de l'indépendance de Horus, le seul logiciel a être entièrement reparti d'une « feuille blanche » pour mieux repenser l'outil de comptabilité et de gestion et apporter une réelle innovation. « Nous sommes plus proches d'un Yuki que d'un Exact », illustre Philippe Tailleur, CEO. Et de démontrer, par là, que les logiciels actuels -nés dans les années '90- trainent derrière eux des contraintes technologiques importantes...
De nouvelles fonctionnalités sont à attendre dans le contexte Open Banking qui se dessine. Soit une plus grande automatisation en temps réel. Par exemple l'accès à toutes les données bancaires brutes (état du compte, dernières opérations, etc.) sans quitter l'application. La saisie des relevés bancaires et le rapprochement des factures et des paiements sont facilités. « Tout passera par les API, assure Jérôme Tailleur. Avec des algorithmes puissants, les données peuvent être enrichies -notamment via des données extra-bancaires- interprétées et donner lieu à des rapports en temps réel. On aura des projections de chiffre d'affaires, des projections des charges, du résultat d'exploitation… tout devient possible ! »
