It especially works well for people with low self-esteem that are quick to please narcissists and also will do anything to keep him or her around. It also works very well for those people that think it is cool to be controlling, manipulative and toxic. They think that is how to be attractive and sexy. However, for nice people like you and I with lots of self-esteem, that does not work. We simply overcome the narcissist and we are strong enough to say, "NO!" when they try to turn us into them.
