Does Tehran believe that it is effectively deterring Jerusalem and Washington from neutralizing Iran's nuclear weapons program? The answer is yes in the affirmative. Still Iran does not discount the possibility of a preemptive attack against its nuclear weapons program. Iran plans to unleash Hezbollah against Israel in a full-scale war in such an event to deter Israel from ever neutralizing Iran's nuclear weapons program again. Tehran makes rapid progress in its nuclear weapons program and the time for neutralizing Iran's nuclear weapons program is precisely in the present. The question then is how Iran would respond to neutralization? If Israel goes about it alone, then there is a serious risk that Iran unleashes biological weapons against major American cities due to the United States and President Biden appearing "weak", "undecided" and "deterred". It is therefore absolutely vital and essential that America and Israel timely do perform this together as a joint aerial operation.
