Mark 6:31-32 – "But many people were coming and going. So they did not even have a chance to eat. Then Jesus said to his apostles, "Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place. You need to get some rest." So they went away by themselves in a boat to a quiet place."
What I have enjoyed about observing successful people is that they often make what they do look so easy. They just take it easy.
One of my favorites has been Art Linkletter. All that he did, he was just so smooth. He made it look easy.
I remember in the latter years of his life, he described that he would sleep at least 10 plus hours every night. For many of us, in today's world of success and business, we would be embarrassed to admit to sleeping so much each night.

I believe Christ also took life in time. There was no rush, except in His journey to the cross. Rest and solitude were important characteristics to Jesus. I believe that in all He did, He made it look easy. I believe that this was linked and consistent with His withdrawal to rest and solitude with the Father.
It is good to get excited about your life and experiences with the Lord. But at the same time, do not misplace the importance of your time of solitude with God in prayer and your time for rest. Then walk with confidence in Christ. Make it look easy and enjoy!
Stay healthy and have a blessed day!
