What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
Every individual want to maintain our health and well-being for healthy life that is beneficial in improving the efficiency of work in any field.
I also want to maintain our health and well-being for better life. There are several strategies to maintain our health and well-being are given below -
1. I exercise daily in the morning to reduce or maintain our health that avoids or lower the risk of several diseases which are caused by obesity including heart diseases, blood pressure, diabetes, and many more.
2. Sometimes, I do morning walk to maintain or reduce our weight.
3. I also play several sports including cricket, football and badminton for fitness and good health.
4. I can take less amount of ghee and butter to lower or maintain our weight that prevents several severe diseases.
5. I can sleep for 8 hours to reduce our stress and gain energy to work in our office with fresh mind and improve the work efficiency.
6. Sometimes, I go to cinema hall to watch movie with our friends to lower our stress and depression in our life that is beneficial for our health.
7. I can take less amount of food outside with bad quality that prevents the several severe diseases and is beneficial for our health.
8. I also walk in evening with our friends and family members to reduce or maintain our weight which lowers the risk of several severe diseases.
