Thank You for all those who went before us to make this freedom possible. Help us to learn from the mistakes of the past and do better. Help us to carry on the good traditions and morals in our society.
We pray a hedge of protection around the people, structures and land as fireworks are being shot off to celebrate this holiday. Keep people from injury, keep structures safe and keep the land from catching fire. Lord calm those who have trauma related symptoms and those with anxieties that are heightened by loud noises. Calm the animals that become skittish by fireworks. For those traveling give traveling mercies and safe travel. We ask these things in Jesus name.
