Friday PM
My Friday nights are usually a very chilled early night for me. I find that after a big week of work and circus training recovery is crucial and so I usually enjoy a nice hot bath to relax and recover with a book. The current book that I'm reading is Daisy Hates: The Great Undoing.
Saturday AM
Saturdays are very early start for me and they've quickly become one of my favourite days of the week. I start the day with going to park run with my friends for a 5K run and afterwards we all go to a local cafe for coffee and breakfast. It's the perfect start to the weekend filled with movement and precious time with the best company.
Saturday PM
I try to keep as much of a normal weekend schedule and Saturdays for me tend to be a social sort of evening and this particular Saturday I have one of my dearest friend's birthday dinner. So I'll be helping her out with the final preparations and will be spending the evening celebrating and enjoying a lovely home cooked meal and a glass of wine with friends.
Sunday PM
Sunday mornings are a training morning for me. I'll be working on my aerial hoop act for the upcoming season of Cirque Bon Bon in Melbourne. So will be drilling skills and running through my act.
Sunday PM
Sunday evenings are a reset night for me. It's usually doing washing and planning my training schedule for the week ahead. I usually end up watching some sort of reality TV dating show like Love is Blind or Perfect Match.
Tickets to Cirque Bon Bon can be purchased here.
