I researched the most common phrases that are searched in KMS to see if there were any articles that could be created. The most searched words all had 5+ articles attached so there was no further content that needed to be produced as of this week. I had a meeting with Jane, the Creative Services manager who oversees the Graphic Designers and writer in the pet department. I was able to make new connections with her and set up a meeting with one of her writers to discuss their day to day work. I was also able to peer review a fellow intern's article about claims submissions. I went through to check for spelling errors and to suggest any changes that would improve the article. I personally did not create any new articles this week. I'm still navigating the Oracle system as of now but I have been speaking with my team to see how we could improve the program or if there's any specific articles they feel we need.
