Dearest friends, Happy Thursday! I write to you from YouTube headquarters, where I just enjoyed a hearty lunch of pork tacos, vegetable stir fry, salad, 2 different soups, 2 servings of match oat frozen yogurt, and a chocolate cookie. So much for a healthy diet, am I right? But I was perfectly famished this morning after swimming followed by teaching a yoga class.. These days, I tend to skip breakfast and opt for 1pm brunches, followed by dinner in the evening. I'm trying to figure out my dinner schedule, since lately I've been doing a lot of late-night dance practices / social dancing, and if I eat dinner at 6pm, I tend to get hungry later in the night. But I don't want to eat right before my dance classes, for fear of indigestion.
