On June 1, 2024, at about 9:00 am, Mr. Mills was last seen in the 1700 block of Meadow Valley Lane. Mr. Mills left the area in a 2014 white Mitsubishi Mirage Texas LP #DBZ3311. Mr. Mills may be confused and in need of assistance. Mr. Mills is described as a 73-year-old black male. He is 6'02", 217 pounds, bald, with brown eyes.
