I was at the table and saw you pull up.
right on time.
you didn't bring in sunglasses to take off
but you did
you took off the second you saw me
looked around for a split before finding
and then you were walking towards me
like in slow motion
with that movie heart racing decision
and you did
not
hesititate
leaned in to reach my lips
and whoever was in the bar
did
not
matter.
the slow kiss
melted me and I was
done for the night
just
to be beside you
was
it.
