Why am I still up sometime past 4 o'clock in the morning? Good question! Wish I have an answer for that. I have tried to going to bed several times. But each time I end up getting up instead of torturing myself twisting and turning in bed. Not sure if it's the jet lag or time difference from my flight out of the Midwest? Maybe my body is still in the Central Daylight Time zone? I don't know how the pilots and flight attendants handle it. They are constantly changing locality and time zone. But for me, I keep this up, I might as well stay up. You maybe wondering what I'm doing on the computer and if the blue-light is contributing to my insomnia. My intent is to use the computer like a digital journal: dump whatever is on my mind, clear the cache if you will, and in the meantime wear myself out. So I can hit the pillow at once for good.
