Friday PM
After a full week, my unwind ritual begins with takeout enjoyed with my family. We often opt for Japanese cuisine from Moonfish, a favourite for its delightful dishes or Italian. Later in the evening, I retreat for some personal relaxation time with a long, warm bath. This is when I light up incense from Maho Sensory with their artisan leather sensory sticks being my particular favourite. The soothing scents help me relax deeply. To cap off the night, I enjoy watching good documentaries, on one of my favourite streaming services.
Saturday AM
Saturday mornings are dedicated to enjoying brunch with family or friends at beloved spots like St Ali and Proud Mary, where the food and coffee is always a highlight. Afterwards, I might meet a friend for a stroll around the Tan, then head to Nimbus Wellness Space to engage in some wellness activities. My girlfriend and I challenge each other in the cold plunge and relax in the infrared sauna, a fun and rejuvenating way to spend the afternoon and catch up with each other. We always top it off with a hydrating coconut juice.
Saturday PM
Melbourne's vibrant dining scene is a big part of my Saturday evenings and is usually spent with friends. Last weekend, for instance, I dined at Grill Americano, enjoying some fantastic crudo and eye fillet. The Lucus group owns some of the best restaurants in town - Society, Kisume, and Baby included. The food and ambiance at these places are always top-notch, making any night out with friends a memorable experience.
Sunday AM
Sundays are spent at home with my family. I enjoy preparing breakfast for everyone, fresh avocado smash and poached or scrambling eggs to go with the delicious bread and baguettes from Baker Bleu are a regular on the menu. After breakfast, I dedicate time to my inner work, which includes extended sessions of meditation and breathwork. I specifically listen to my 'Manifest Your Dreams' meditation during these sessions. It's within this time that I practice mental rehearsal and visualisation techniques, which are also widely practiced by athletes and musicians in mastering their crafts. This meditation helps me align my aspirations and visualise success, effectively setting a positive tone for the upcoming week.

Sunday PM
The early evening is dedicated to reviewing the upcoming episode of my podcast, A Life Of Greatness Podcast, to ensure everything is polished and ready for release. This routine helps me maintain the quality and relevance of the content I share with my listeners.
Following this, dinner is a special time spent with my family at home, where I put on my chef's hat and prepare healthy, nourishing meals. Our menu often includes stir-fries, fresh salads, BBQ's or hearty pasta dishes. Inspired by my wisdom filled conversation with Dr. Peter Attia (listen here), I've become particularly selective about the ingredients I use, especially when it comes to meats. I now opt for organic meats sourced from Hagen's Organics, known for their quality and sustainability. This choice not only aligns with healthier eating practices but also supports ethical farming.
I finish the evening by getting organised for the week ahead. This involves planning my schedule, preparing for meetings, and setting my priorities, ensuring I start Monday on a strong note, free from stress and ready to embrace new challenges. This preparation is key to managing my busy lifestyle and keeping everything running smoothly.
