I tell myself what I would tell a friend, and that sometimes still isn't enough.
Taking life so seriously is one of my biggest downfalls. It's just an itty bitty thing here with a lot of emotions in it. It's not easy so we shouldn't expect it to be. When it is golden, it is. And when it's not, maybe we aren't so equipped well, to handle the most intense of it.
