Butch:
I got nothing. Junior's art show was pretty awesome, though. Damn, there are a lot of talented kids out there.
I could fake some game talk, though. Let's see....
OK, I climbed some, I got to this weird place, I found a note but I don't think I understood it, I got lost for a while because the ballast was being vague, and MAN I was tired at the end because I didn't know if it saved.
How's that? We could just cut and paste that.
I want BG3.
Loothound:
I played a bit last night and found a new Bianca letter. Keeping track of where you've been in this game is a pain. No real room layout, no hallways, no discreet floors or levels. It's all freeform.
Butch:
I have gotten lost so many times. Usually, it's when I have to go kinda down. I run around like crazy looking for a way up, then I get turned around. I'm not even trophy hunting and I get lost. Plus, must be a complete pain to go all the way back. There doesn't seem to be fast travel.
Loothound:
It's so frustrating. A couple of times I found an actual new way to get someplace, and I'd think "a-ha, I've never been here before." Find stuff, turn around, and finally recognize the place as someplace I'd been before. FUUUUUCK!
I really wish the letters and stuff would disappear after you find them. Keep reading the same things.
Butch:
Amen. Especially as you can access everything you've already found in the menu, if you want to. No reason to be able to reread them in the game world.
Where's Femmy?
Feminina:
Oh, it's one of those days where I'm going along looking at numbers and charts and so on thinking "hm, haven't gotten any emails today," and then realize I forgot to sign in.
But yeah, that fact that you keep seeing the letters is frustrating since there's no indication if it's a new one or not. Have I been here? Did I see that? I don't know until I scroll through it!
Butch:
Ah, work. I blame humans. Humans suck.
I had such a nice, gnome morning. Alone in the car, windows open, a very overpriced book sale at which I got nothing (I'm all for supporting libraries, but c'mon, librarians, don't aim too high), nice drive back.
Then I had to interact with other humans and man what a buzzkill.
