After winning this final match, KKR won the third title of IPL Earlier, SRH won the toss and chose to bat first and was all out at only 113/10 in 18.3 overs due to great bowling by Andre Russell 3/19 (2.3), Mitchell Starc 2/14 (3), and Harshit Rana 2/24 (4). Pat Cummins 24 (19), Aiden Markram 20 (23), and Heinrich Klaasen 16 (17) were good batting from the SRH side.
