What we have chosen to neglect though, and quite foolishly at that, is the loss of humanity- the loss of art. | Digital art was never a threat to our creative minds. Why would it be? It's just another form of expression. However, AI is different. AI helps you think. It takes away your superpower- the power to create in thought, and then bring it to life. | Art has never been just a source of entertainment for humanity. It has breathed with all the struggles our world has faced. | It became happier in times of crisis and enlightened harsh truths during the golden times of economies. It has been a reflection of where our society has been heading, and also the guide showing where it should actually go. | Take this newsletter as my effort to preserve art in the era of machines. To preserve the appreciation for the flawed human perspective, as opposed to our obsession with the perfect machine-generated content. | Take From The Quill as my way to give to art what it has given me- the ability to breathe. |
