Which do you think is harder? Becoming "Built to Lead" or being "Built to Leave"?
The BTL Band often talks about how Built to Lead is only for a few. It's a recurring theme on our calls, and there's a good reason it's in our purpose statement.
As a former client on the Builder's Journey for a while, I've had a different experience, as have other clients who continue to give their team the gift of practice. We've seen more than a few catch fire and have been blessed to get a front-row seat to a few who left the shire.
There's no better example than my good friend PJ. He didn't leave my system; He left something much bigger. He's a do'er, dreamer, connector, and transfomer. He is ONE, distinct and deeply connected, becoming Built to Lead.
