Sometimes we try to go over all the duties and tasks and responsibilities of the day and we tend to forget to check back in with our inner guidance and see how are we feeling?
Well that has happened to me lately, and today I am brave enough to say everything around is just too much.. Is it too much for everyone? Not at all, but it's too much for me specifically, being a therapist, full time mom and at the same time dreaming about finding the place I can call home..
Mental Health is not about comparing your issues with another person, but an internal struggle that no one else can see.. they will not feel what you feel, they will not see things the way you see them and are not in your mind as well..
So if you have someone next to you, whether it's a friend or a relative or a stranger that will mention that something is too much, trust them and be of help by listening to that person or simply staying beside the person.. All help is welcome, especially the one that don't comment, criticise or judge..
Let's be more of a community all together, being kind to each other and respecting each others' space and privacy.
