I wanted to share something today about my understanding of the healing collective, of connection to all, and how our energy affects the collective.
Since I started exploring energy work with the herd, with many teachers and books to hand, there has always been one thing I have come up against that my subconscious, my soul connection, has rejected and that is the limitations that we put on ourselves regarding our ability to connect universally at any time, with any being.
Over the years these limits have shown themselves as fences, as cages, as emotional restrictions. The herd have shown me how limits affect them with their physical manifestations of human limits on animals through laminitis, cribbing, uveitis. The period of covid restrictions showed me even more how the limiting controls we put on ourselves affect our mental and physical health. Over the world humans have created borders and territories. The wandering life has gone forever. As a nomad in a previous life I have come to understand that in this life I am meant to experience all these restrictions, and now show how we can remove them. Maybe not physically, but definitely emotionally and spiritually. We can free our souls.
Having worked over the last year towards understanding what domestication looks and feels like, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, I have let go of it as a ruler. As I let go of the different elements of domestication I realised how much deeper my connection with the herd was becoming, and how much healthier we all were. I spread my wings and explored this with other people who were open to the idea and found that the connections spread outwards. The spiders web in action.
The more open we are to connection, to knowing that we have the ability to communicate with any being, expands our own spiders web. It can't do anything else. Every being we come into contact with, physically or spiritually, becomes part of our connection, part of our web. We are the centre of our own web, the maker of our own destiny.
So now we understand that every person, and every animal, we have come into contact with is part of that web, that collective connectivity. And every person and animal one of your contacts has connected with becomes part of that person or animals collective, and thus part of yours. We are all linked somehow, somewhere. But only you can make the most of your connections.
Based on this understanding, then we can also start to understand the effects we as individuals have on the collective. If we are angry and we don't release that anger, we hold onto it. When we hold onto it we share it subconsciously within our collective and it ripples. This also happens with love and joy. Know what you are sharing. If you are sharing anger, hate, and fear, work on releasing it at your centre so it does not work its way out into the web. Share love. Only love can stop wars, stop prejudice, stop hate. More anger, hate and fear just exacerbates what is already being shared by those who don't even realise they are sharing this through their energy. Love them too.
And so to the healing collective. When we share love from the centre of our web, we attract those that want to give and receive love. We attract those that want to know how to let go of everything that is not love and we hold space for them. Collective healing is holding space and listening. Collective healing is creating space for all to heal. Each of us can heal ourselves at the centre of our web. The connections to your centre hold the space for you while you heal. They protect you, guide you, give you light as you work your way through your darkness.
Many times now I have experienced this collective healing. And so can you. Create a space for healing through meditation. I use music - whatever feels right. It can be shamanic, tibetan, aboriginal, celtic. Open your heart to all that is and share the music through your body and soul. Ask if anybody wants to connect. Accept whatever comes to you. Sometimes it may only be you connecting to your own self, your own soul, if you have much to heal. It could also be another person, an animal, or more than one of each. Recently I held space for a horse who also brought his human. Before that I held space for a donkey and two of the horses that live with me joined in, and later another horse from a different herd. Cats often find their way in too. Only those that want to connect, are open to healing through the collective, will come in to the space. Free will is the basis of spiritual connection and healing.
All you have to do is listen, follow where you are led, and accept everything without judgement. Whenever you are invited into a collective healing, you will also be healed. Become aware of not only how the messages relate to others, but also to yourself and what is happening in your life right now.
The below music video is one of many I journey with. Put your headphones on, shut your eyes and listen deeply. Let go of all your fences, cages, boundaries and limits. You never know where you might find yourself.
