70 years of marriage, and 24 kids, that doesn't add up, where is the math quiz? Well, there's three sons and two daughters, that started them off, then add some grandkids, and keep counting up.
Seven grandchildren later, came a few more kids, they just kept coming, like pick up sticks. Three of the grandkids had children more, I counted to five, that should even the score.
Then came the great great grandchild, adopted by marriage, the last of the arrivals, 70 years and a baby carriage. It's hard to believe, after all of these years, the grandparenting love, has shown through the tears.
You kept giving and giving, to each and all, standing strong in your wedding vows, standing strong and tall. We are all very proud of you, in our own special way, and one of us wishes, they could be with you today.
