As adult, we lose touch with those feelings. We become more reserved and less impulsive. Social scripting has that effect. But nothing says that we couldn't be young at heart. Ideas as such remain valid. They help to remind us to stay true to our inner self and be authentic. So, jump into a swing, a puddle, or any thing your heart fancies. And enjoy the act.
