This week the Ukraine war against Russia invasion officially entered its third year. And the Gaza conflict continued to approaching five months. Not to mention, the Coronavirus pandemic is on its fifth year. Yes, life is a bitch (or it can be). You see, we gain and lose life on this planet everyday. These events accelerate the lost column for sure.
Not popular thoughts, I know. Only mentioned them, not to aggravate, but to emphasize that life's solutions don't always go our way. Most are beyond our control. Of course, everyone handles situations differently. For solace, I rather focus on things within my control, my own circle of influence.
As I learnt, it's the small things that give us meanings. Case in point, how many people actually celebrated the Presidents Day this Monday (not including the holiday sales)? Or put it another way, is anyone excited about the presidential elections in November? Only if it matters to us says the voice inside.
Which, by the way, explains how I became aligned to nature after all these years.
Stay safe and have a nice week.
