Loothound:
Did some gigs last night, and I have to say I feel like the new ones from Phantom Liberty are a bit phoned in. There have been a few that have interesting and funny set-up to them, but where you don't actually seem to do much. And a lot of them have a "wait for so-and-so to call" aspect that leaves you waiting. I'm doing them because I'm trying to keep the main story from snowballing too hard right now, but apart from a chuckle or two they don't seem to be very interesting.
Feminina:
I can't remember enough about the mood of the gigs before to really compare, but it's true there were some kind of intense ones. Basically anything the Padre wanted you to do had some troubling moral component, really.
Butch:
Padre was messed up, for sure.
But there were harrowing ones. Shit, the one I missed with the dead kid and the braindances and the decision of to who to punish for it? Jeez. NOT phoned in.
That said, much of the real heavy shit was the side jobs.
You go to more conferences and development. You develop. Then you confer about being developed. Seems you have something like this every week.
I didn't play. Mrs. McP late, band rehearsal, you know how it goes.
Feminina:
It's cool. We'll get back into the troubling moral implications of our murderous actions soon, I'm sure.
