A very interesting question to be asked, and we could be surprised by the diversity of answers for this question. Big answer is, no not really.
The Universe is Mind, everything is mind. We create and manifest by thought.
So the better question will be, how can One calm the mind and reorganise our thoughts to something more meaningful and purposeful?
And here is where we can dive in and realise that there are plenty of options out there, all we need to do is to tap into one of them and see the magic unfolds in front of us and all around us as well.
So let me leave you with some of my favourite ones hoping it will help some of you today:
- a walk in nature
- journaling
- listening to music
- exercise
- meditation
- practice yoga
- ride a bike by the canal/seashore
- spend time with kids (if possible)
More than ever it is so important and necessary that we dedicate a part of our day to our self care. When was the last time you have done something similar to the list above?
Remember, today is a great day to start your self-care.
Everyday is a great day to start something new.
