Philippians 4:6-7 NLT – [6] Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. [7] Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
Each day on my way to work, I think about all the things that I need to do for the day. All the things I need to solve and problems I need to fix. I actually make little notes in my head or dictate a list into my phone of things that are key and important matters for the day. Oftentimes though, I find that my task inspires some level of worry about the urgency of what I need to accomplish.

I'm afraid I have often created a bad habit by spending my time thinking about all the things I need to do without getting around to thanking God for all the things that He has done. Once I thank God for all the things He's done for me, then I can consider making that list of items I need to accomplish for the day. And finally, and even more important, I need to spend time praying over that list that I've made. Otherwise, it is inevitable that worry will be following my way.
Today, know it's a good thing to make a to-do list, but it's even a better thing to thank God for all the things He's accomplished through you in the past. To spend time praising Him and praying that He will focus your mind on the things that need to be done today. Ultimately, that may change the actual to-do list you create. Just remember, a list without prayer and praise is a one-way street of worry without God.
Stay healthy and have a blessed day!
