 | William Emmons January 26 | There is a lot of talk and misconception about the spirit of the anti-christ that is now at work in the world. It is not coming with flames and pitchforks, or through horned deviants with red skin. No! It will primarily come in subtle ways that get people to compromise the truth, until they believe and promote a lie. The biggest lie being, there are many ways to Heaven, and Jesus is ONE of them. You can easily recognize the antichrist spirit, because it will always deny the truth we must embrace. That is, Jesus is God's only Salvation, and the only way to Heaven. 1 John 2:22-23 says, "Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, ...." That is the truth in its simplest form. Jesus is the only Messiah, the only Christ, the only spotless lamb of God who washes away sin by His sacrificial Blood. There is no other way to enter heaven but through Jesus. Any religion that teaches something else, is under the demonic influence of the anti-Christ spirit. The truth is as simple, and powerful, as that! Today's Word: The anti-Christ spirit is easy to identify, no matter what form it comes in. It always denies the truth that Jesus is the only way to God. | | | |
