 | hope January 29 | Micah 4:2 KJV — And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. Dear Lord Jesus, Thank You for Your Word! Thank You for the hope You give those who put their trust in You and who walk in Your forgiveness. Lord Jesus, thank You for Your mercy and grace! Thank You for Your amazing love. Lord, it is in Your Word we find truth, love, and instruction for life. Lord, help us to understand Your Word. Lord, guard us against taking Your Word out of context or trying to apply it in a way that doesn't align with Your character. Lord, help me to grow daily closer to You and to better understand Your ways. Lord, open my heart and mind to Your Word and let it be what directs my steps. Lord Jesus, let me not fall into legalism, where I use Your Word as a weapon. Lord, let love be what motivated my every choice from what I pray about to what I do. Lord, thank You that many nations will seek Your Word and Your ways! What a marvelous blessing it is to be called a follower of Christ! I love You, Jesus.
