No-Cost Webinar - PFAS Today, Tomorrow, and Forever: MCLs are Coming…Very Soon!
Date: Tuesday, February 6, 2024
Time: 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EST
Description: The EPA expects to finalize per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) in "early 2024". That could be any day now!
Join the Environmental Finance Center Network for an in-depth exploration of the EPA's proposed PFAS MCLs for six PFAS constituents. We'll analyze the fifth unregulated contaminant monitoring rule (UCMR5) testing results, shedding light on the potential impact on small and large public water systems (PWS) across the United States. Lastly, we will explore the regulatory timeline and requirements that PWS will face once the MCLs are finalized and discuss how to prepare for the additional requirements and challenges that systems will face.
