Health and fitness plays an important role of any individual to live a very long life. If you do daily exercise, take nutritious food, and no stress in life then you may live a long life.
Presently, individual take fast food including Maggy, and pasta, drink bear, depend on online shopping and no physical work that may cause obesity and is linked with several serious diseases including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart problems, and many more that is dangerous for your life.
Nowadays, children are busy in watching movies and playing games on smartphones and avoid playing in the ground like cricket, football, hockey, and badminton. It makes children very fat as thay are busy in mobiles with no physical work or playing sports that is harmful for their health.
Now, the competition or board exams increases among children and youngsters to gain more marks that may causes stress or depression in youngsters and is harmful for health. Some youngsters may take cigarettes that may cause cancer. These wrong habits are harmful for your health and not live a very long life.
