Improve your self discipline: - Investing in yourself with sustainable habits
- Know you're worth and worthy of achieving your best self in all areas of life

- Be prepared to negotiate with yourself when the going gets tough, say NO
Patience is a virtue: - Trust the process
- Embrace the process
- The struggle is real and its where you wanna be to grow the most
- Body recomposition takes time
- Breakthroughs and miracles can happen in an instant
