 | animal connection and beyond Jan 5 | Today we started with just a little bit of showing you what happens when I get peaceful with Timmy, and then we move on to communicating with him by regarding his body, and then feeling more into what is happening within, while he cribs. This leads to a discussion with him around how we can find our true selves and start to bring them out from where we may have hidden them. It is another step, and later this day I felt called by Timmy a few times to go and see him, which I did. He wanted to be re-assured that I was "seeing" him - his true self -, and not the armour. Michaela, suggested later on that I focus a little bit of light into his solar plexus, which is where I was feeling his anxiety about showing his true self. The solar plexus is where our self-esteem and confidence reside. I did this just before it got dark, helped along by a citrine crystal, and I am now just checking in with him ocassionally, along my connection with him. We will see where this path leads... | | | |
