Your thoughts are just molecules in your BODY! Your brain is like a pharmacy that releases chemicals that are felt in YOUR BODY! Remember to ALLOW ANY EMOTION that comes up. DON'T STUFF IT! DON'T IGNORE YOURSELF! Nobody likes being ignored, right? 😉 Respect yourself enough to TEND to yourself. Work it through and let it pass. Then work on creating a new thought that will then create a new feeling.
