As I came into adulthood I had grand visions of what might be accomplished politically to make the world a better place, filled with "ideal politik", Near 40 years later, after a lot of life has happened, I still strive to participate where I can to make things better, my aspirations and vision are more localized, Meaning I take opportunities where I can to contribute to the broader cause, but also realize the help best leant is right in front of us. One of my college professors once talked about "thinking globally, acting locally", and that's sorta how it's turned out, "real politik" for what's possible, What's possible to make the world a better place?
