Made it home last night, in time for Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised that many people were working on the Christmas eve. Because of them, I was able to make it home.
However when I got home, most stores were closed and continued through Christmas today. I was lucky enough to find a gas station, at least, to fill up my car and to go to the relatives for dinner as my frig is as empty as my fuel tank.
Christmas is a time for sharing with family, relatives, or friends. Cherish the moment if that's applicable. Otherwise, be kind to self and let go of worries, at least for the moment. Perhaps these tips may help in dealing with the holiday blues.
