Someone can be acting perfect according to their age and be immature and evil at home who loves to inflict mental and emotional pain to people at home. That person's eleted ego usually has no shame in torturing someone who actually can't do something like climbing up stairs due to physiological chronic problems or someone going through anxiety and depression.
