Ecclesiastes 5:5-6 Thoughts about what this scripture means - Fools don't want to work, they see that in the end it is all futile so are okay being lazy and just getting by. Application to my life - I can't live to work, despite needing money to live. All my hours in the day if spent at work would be futile. I need to get time to work, but also to what is important and that is Kingdom things. When I am at work, that is work, and may be Kingdom business also. It is important though that I am not spending all my time at work. Response back to God- Lord, help me to keep a godly focus while at work, but not to make work my top priority.
