He is pressing on us all, by the Holy Spirit, to take another step forward in our walk with Him. It is time to go a little beyond where we have become settled in our relationship with the Lord. Too many are in a place where their prayers are cold, their first love is gone, their heart has lost its joy and tenderness, and their passion for Him is barely alive. Are you there right now, and wondering what to do? I have an answer! Mark 14:35 says in part ; "And He went a little beyond them, and fell to the ground and began to pray ..." Notice how Jesus had to go a little beyond where everyone else was, in order to really commune with the Father. That is the key. Go a little further in you times of prayer, in your worship, in seeking His Face, and lingering in His Presence. Just make it your practice to wait on Him for no other reason than you want to be with Him. If you will respond in this season, and just go a little beyond, everything will change.
