I'm struggling. I'm tired of struggling. I KNOW I can do but I'm too distracted and persuaded by my own delusions to keep making the wrong choice.
Every day we have the option to make good #choices. Not to please anyone or some faith but simply to project good vibes. Because when we feel good, we do #good, right?
I need major #accountability. Help me move forward with my #weight loss #goals and in turn it will also improve my #mental #health. A win-win!!!

First; what #fitnessapp has an active community of supporters? I tried #myfitnesspal which was great at first but then I slowly found myself no longer logging in.
Second; #binge eating or #overeating is still a major obstacle in my journey. To help you, help me I'll tell my dirty secrets. I love candy and junk food. I normally overeat in the sweet area. I tried cutting several of times but found my self hankering for its goodness until I give in. This happens mostly at night and during hormonal and mental #moodswings.
The reason for this post, simple. I started my weight loss journey at the beginning of this year at around 272lbs. It's October and I'm 262lbs. My lowest weight is 250lbs. My goal is 220lbs.
Help.
