المستخلص :
يلعب الموروث الطبيعي بمختلف أنماطه دورا مهما في استمرارية الحياة وديمومتها على سطح الأرض، كما أنه يساهم ويحسم في النمو الاقتصادي والرفاه الاجتماعي للسكان، ولهذا فقد ازداد الاهتمام بدراسة الموارد الطبيعية خاصة الترابية منها حيث صارت تشكل قطب رحى الدوائر العلمية وحلقات البحث العلمي الأكاديمي خاصة في ظل التزايد الغفير لعدد السكان وما يرافقه من ضغط على الأوساط الطبيعية الحيوية. من هذا المنطلق فقد صار من الضروري تكثيف الجهود بين كل الفاعلين والمتدخلين في هذا الشأن بغرض التعريف بأهمية الموارد الترابية وتبيان أنواعها وكيفية توزيعها داخل المجال، بل وتشخيص مظاهر تدهورها ورصد مختلف الارغامات التي تعيق تنميتها، لاسيما وأن العلاقة بين الإنسان والمجال علاقة تفاعلية تنم عن اختلالات بنيوية وجوهرية ينبغي البحث عن حلول واقعية لتجاوز. يتميز مجال الشاوية العليا خاصة جماعة أحلاف ومليلة بإقليم بنسلسمان بهشاشة قصوى، فالموروث الترابي بهما يعيش وضعية متدهورة، حيث تعرض لضغوطات حقيقية لازالت آثارها بادية وتزداد حدة بشكل مطرد سنة بعد أخرى إما بفعل الضغط السكاني عن طريق الاستغلال المفرط و إما بفعل التقلبات المناخية والتعرية المائية، حيث أن نمط التنمية الترابية، لم يراع مبادئ التنمية المستدامة، لأن استغلال الثروات الطبيعية خاصة الترابية منها يتم بكيفية غير ملائمة بشكل يصعب معه توقع الآثار الوخيمة التي قد تنجم عن ذلك في المستقبل القريب أو المتوسط أو حتى البعيد. وهذا ما جعلني أرتمي في أحضان هذه الدراسة التي سأحاول أن أعطي من خلالها نظرة متكاملة لتشخيص ميداني لتنوع وغنى الموارد الترابية ومدى الإكراهات والتحديات التي تواجهها.
Abstract
Natural heritage in its various forms plays an important role in the continuity and continuity of life on the surface of the earth. It also contributes and is decisive in the economic growth and the social well-being of the population. Consequently, interest has increased in the study of natural resources, particularly those of the soil, as they have become the focus of scientific circles and academic scientific research circles, especially in light of the massive increase in population and the accompanying pressure on vital natural environments. From this point of view, it has become necessary to intensify the efforts of all the actors and people involved in this field in order to define the importance of soil resources, to show their types and how to distribute them on the ground, and even to diagnose the manifestations of their deterioration and monitor the various constraints that hinder their development, especially since the relationship between man and the land is an interactive relationship that reflects structural and fundamental imbalances. Realistic solutions must be sought to remedy this.The upper Chaouia area, in particular the commune of Ahlaf and Melilla in the province of Benslimane, is characterized by extreme fragility, because the edaphic heritage there is in a degraded situation, because it has been subjected to real pressures including the effects are still apparent and increase regularly from year to year, either due to demographic pressure due to excessive exploitation, or due to climatic fluctuations and water erosion, while the territorial development model has not respected the principles of sustainable development, because the exploitation of natural resources, in particular soil, is done inappropriately in a way that makes it difficult to anticipate the disastrous effects that could result in the near future, medium or even distant. And that's what made me jump into the arms of this study, through which I will try to give an integrated vision of a field diagnosis on the diversity and richness of soil resources and the extent of the constraints and challenges they face.
